LACROSSE 101 – located on the top menu bar of the home page -- is a great resource for parents and players looking to either demystify the sport of lacrosse or enrich their knowledge of the game. Newly updated for 2011, there are great instructional videos for boys and girls, player tips, links to the CONNY rules for youth boys and US Lacrosse rules for youth girls, primers for girls lacrosse and boys lacrosse and much more.
The RYL ONLINE STORE is open for business. You’ll find it on the top menu bar of the home page. All Ridgefield Lacrosse items can be purchased online! Check out the 2011 custom team apparel gear designed for Ridgefield Youth Lacrosse.

Travel teams for boys and girls grades 3-8.
Register for travel teams before 1/31/12 to avoid late fees.
